It’s all about Wim

The past weeks London has been all about Wim Crouwel. No wonder, since Design Museum is currently hosting a major retrospective of his work. Wim Crouwel: A Graphic Odyssey (30 March–3 July) is certainly worth a visit – seeing the exhibition last week myself I already have a yearning to go back there to explore his works even more.
But Design Museum isn’t the only place where you can see this Dutch master’s work at the moment. Woodbridge & Rees is a brand new gallery space located in London’s Back Hill. The gallery will be displaying a poster exhibition by Crouwel in two parts during April.
We went to see the first one yesterday, and as you can see from the picture the experience in a small gallery space differs quite a lot from the huge retrospective.
Ps. It’s also worth mentioning that Woodbridge & Rees is run by the wonderful people behind the Grafik magazine.
